About the Role

Grindlays Consulting, a London-based advisory and outsourcing specialist firm, is looking for Business Development Partners to spearhead client acquisition and expansion in the Business Outsourcing (BPO) space and beyond. This is a fully remote, self-employed role offering autonomy, flexibility, and strong earning potential.

The Role

As a Business Development Partner, your focus will be on identifying and securing outsourcing opportunities, helping organisations transition to smarter, cost-effective, and scalable solutions with Grindlays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities in business outsourcing services (accounting, payroll, medical billing, compliance, back-office support).
  • Build and nurture relationships with SMEs, fintech, corporates, startups, and healthcare providers seeking efficiency gains through outsourcing.
  • Position Grindlays as a trusted outsourcing partner by tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design proposals and ensure smooth handover of new accounts.
  • Represent the firm at virtual events, webinars, and networking forums to expand reach.
  • Manage pipelines, track progress, and consistently deliver against business development targets.

What We are Looking for?

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnerships—ideally within the outsourcing or professional services sector.
  • Strong network in industries such as healthcare, fintech, and fast-growing SMEs is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented, comfortable working independently.
  • Experience working with UK or international outsourcing markets is a plus.
  • Must operate on a self-employed basis with own tools and workspace.
